Need Laravel developer to change functionality of existing website

Description of requirements/features: We have an existing website built partly in Laravel where you can add projects. A project can have multiple plot types. Each plot type can have a one name and one budget. A plot type can also have multiple categories and multiple plot numbers. A project can have thousands of plot types.

Currently the browser keeps crashing when someone tries to edit a project as the number of rows to be processed within the browser window is too many. We need someone who can fix this problem. I'm guessing the only way this is possible would be to re-develop how the information is displayed and edited.
