Need a php ninja

Description of requirements/features: Hi,

I need someone to work on a couple of my sites. One is a small but quirky wordpress. The other is a custom php architecture I designed myself for music/video sites. I might hire one dev for each or just one for both. Long term I'm looking for someone as an addition to my agency's team and want to use these non-commercial projects as a trial.

Successful candidate will have excellent php skills and be able to demonstrate that in their portfolio (show me the code where you can - I need a serious coder). I need someone who's fun to work with & can get along with me/the rest of my team. Wordpress skills a bonus but not essential. Good written/spoken english will help a lot...

Probably I will leave this job up a while while I interview people and invite more to submit proposals. I'm in no rush - want to find the right person/people.
