MT4/5 trading EA

I'd like an MT4/5 EA based on a simple price action strategy

The setup is triggered by a Higher Time Frame liquidity raid then a Lower Time Frame shift in market structure (see example of a raid and a M30/M1 setup in below googledoc).

The RR should be fixed in advanced by the user and price should either hit SL or TP.

There are a few options for the user to choose to tell the EA to close an open trade or not to take a trade (e.g. if an opposing signal or a set time in the day has been reached). Could you give me an idea of how feasible this would be to code, please. I can provide a full set of rules and parameters, as well as more chart examples to visualise the rules.
