Description
Experience Level: Expert
I am having a problem with the Outlook client on my PC failing to synchronise with two folders (Search and Sync) on one of my accounts. It has worked perfectly for several years but the last six months or so the problem has got significantly worse. It might only synchronise with these folders once a fortnight or less.
We use the Search folders to Categorise email tasks for each other and it is now getting to be a serious issue.
This is NOT a simple task and is a job for a true MS365 Exchange/Outlook expert. Please don't apply if you aren't deeply grounded in this area. I am fairly sure that an expert should be able to fix this in an hour, but i am allowing a couple of hours so that you can get time to understand our system. I'm quite happy to pay a fixed price up front and if you can sort it out quicker then all the better for you!
I'm quite happy to wait until early next week if this fits better with your schedule.
You must speak fluent English (mother tongue preferred) and be available during UK office working hours or early evenings.
This might be a red herring, but I thought it worth mentioning that we are a tiny company and have a few MS365 licences including both Basic and Standard. I keep wondering if I need to move to a different version of Outlook but the logic of it just doesn't make sense, since everything else works perfectly.
Please start your reply with the word BLACKPOOL to prove you have read this all the way through and understand the requirement. I won't answer any messages that don't include this so as to save wasting time on generic responses.
Thanks for your time
Chris
