Modify Quotation Form & Calculations on Wordpress

I need a highly skilled PHP developer to Build/modify a quotation form and the necessary calculations. As well as do other minor amendements to create new buttons on 4 pages, amend the CSS so that an active menu button text color changes and adding a menu button. Main work is the quotation form which requires modification or maybe recreate the form. This project will be suitable for someone with experience of developing plugins on Wordpress. This quotation form will be similar to quotations for parcel courier service.
