We have an PHP-based CMS that needs some changes made. The code is PHP 5.6 and is not being upgraded. The changes are fairly simple. Change a form from a 1-step to 3-step, Calculate and add late fees at certain dates. Send a simple text-based reminder email based on dates. Update tiny MCE from 4 to 5. and a few other minor changes.
