Description of every page/module: Want to install a MailChimp subscription bar at the top of our website just below the menu navigation. WordPress plugin called "MailChimp for WordPress - Top Bar" produces a menu bar that has the look/feel that we want, but it positions itself on top of our menu navigation (see image). We would like to modify this plugin so that the location is below the navigation header- possibly by creating a sub-header and directing the plugin to it?
Description of requirements/features: Subscription bar appears below menu navigation on all pages of website.
