• Evaluate configuration and workload performance to identify improvement opportunities
• Recommend improvements aligned with Microsoft best practices
• Optimise Microsoft 365 to drive value, efficiency, and user productivity

1.2. Scope
• Technical Issue Resolution
Investigate and resolve technical challenges across Microsoft 365 services, focusing on the performance and stability of key workloads such as Mail and Teams. Deliver actionable remediations to fix problems and enhance the overall user experience.
• Configuration and Performance Review
Assess tenant configuration and workload setup to understand current operational effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Architecture & Identity Assessment
Review tenant architecture, identity management, access controls, and administrative roles. Recommend improvements aligned with Microsoft best practices.
• Optimisation Opportunities Identification
Analyse current usage patterns and configurations to identify improvements that enhance efficiency, productivity, and drive value from Microsoft 365. This includes reviewing the licensing mix to ensure alignment and readiness for the move to Microsoft 365 E5.
