Matching two files with key variables similar, not in identical

I have two data files, a source file (.csv) and an input file (.xls). Each row in files represents a product, with product name, company name, prices, and a lot of ofher features. In the two files, some features are different, some are the same (i.e. product name or company name) so I can deem these variables as key variables, between the two files. But… values in the key variables of the two files are written in similar way, not in identical. Now, I want to take a value from the .csv source file (a price), and put in the right cells in the input .xls file. I need a VBA tool that allows me to do that. Please find the "project_01.pdf" file in the "files.zip.pdf" (remove the extention .pdf).
