Magento shop improvement

Hello I need a proposal for the following:

- Setting up Product attachment feature.
I need to upload for each product some documents, I need the "Product Attachment" section besides description in the product page, and user friendly upload procedure to be done by us for each product.

- Setting up "automatic purchase order"
Because I work with 3rd party suppliers I need that a Purchase Order is automatically generated to be sent / or sent to the 3rd party supplier.
The "purchase order" to suppliers being auto generated, must include some details taken from the order placed in the website (Final customer name and address, product) + invoice details that are static text.
The order must be sent to various suppliers and this must be changeable possibly in the product page backend.
All this feature have to be easily manageable by our team
