I am looking for some macro coding to summarise a report in excel.
I would like to summarise activity by name shown (column B) grouped by organisation (Column F) with a subtotal count for each name.
I would also like a version by organisation (column F) showing grouped by names (column B) with a subtotal for each organisation.

Trust you are doing well. I would like to find out if there is a particular reason you prefer to use Macros for this tasks rather than pivot tables for example.
