Looking for a php / sql site for let workers stamp there time

can you build a web site which is doing the following:
Get approx 10 names from MySql (for stamp working time)
Showing there pictures in a Carusel (Name from db).png
When ones picture is in front: Show last database entry and preselect buttons for new (invert old one from come to go)
Choose from to dropdowns (Place and work)
and a button for sending it to the db, withnactual gps

There ist a php site which do this by text and dropdowns only

Is this something you can do?
