We are looking for a Python developer who can help us create a script that will allow us to manage Livechat conversions out of hours.
The script will need to intercept incoming chats from LiveChat and then reach out to customGpt to retrieve an answer, this will then need to be returned to the client on Livechat.
We will need to be able to manage multiple chats at a time so threading will need to be used.
The script will need to interact with the Livechat V3.5 API and the CustomGPT API.
