Liquid Syntax HTML Document Creation

For my Furniture Hire company, I am using a system called Current RMS.
On here there are documents- such as my quotes, invoices, delivery and collection notes.
They provide generic notes, but you can personalise them using 'Liquid Syntax'
I am hoping to find someone with experience using this code that could help me create personalised documents with the information I need on them and also to look visually appealing.
