Linux Mail Server Migration to new VM

Here are some more informations about the project and what i'm looking for, so you can confirm skills and interest

Mail server for one of our customer, used for thousand of users to get small file. Data are not stored more than a few days (POP3) on server so storage is not big.

No LSB modules are available.

I have one limited SSH access account on old server and one SQL credential to access the DB

You will need first to check if you can get all you need from old server to do the migrate and analyse the way it works.

The destination server is not setup yet as it will depend on you, we do not have other need than :
- Working mail server with up to date version and regular security settings
- Email user account should be exactly the same for Authentication (you will have to transfer hached passwords between servers, password reset is not an option)
- GUI interface is required to manage email accounts
- Last validate/correction once MX and DNS migrated
Any advice/suggestion will be listened carefully

You will confirm the job can be done and what steps you will follow so we can validate the time and responsabilities for the final step. Customer validation will be asked before doing anything and testing vill be done before MX and DNS migration.
