RISE-LE-1 - Intel Xeon E3-1620v2 - 16GB DDR4 ECC 1600MHz - 2x HDD SATA 4TB Enterprise Class Soft RAID Centos 7 - Dedicated Linux Apache running Dynamic Sites PHP MySql. Site is crashing (logs state Reached MaxRequestWorkers but - there are very few actual users online). DDOS maybe?
