Laravel 5.0 persistent namespace error - need assistance

I have a problem with Laravel's service provider system finding and loading a custom service provider in a custom vendor library. The library itself installs without problems with composer install, it's only at the end of the process when artisan optimize refers to the item in the service providers list in config/app.php that it fails.

This is hopefully about 20 mins work for an advanced Laravel developer who has in-depth understanding of PSR architecture, and for the right person this will be a very well-paid small job. Please, no speculative punters: I need this finished today.
