Jquery plugin help

This is probably going to seem a little silly, but I'm about to pay someone to answer a question, basically. I'm trying to use an image gallery plugin called piribox: http://www.pirolab.it/pirobox/
I've never used jquery, and I don't know how to set this up. I've looked at a couple of jquery tutorials, but this seems to be a little more complicated than the examples used in the tutorials.

I've been building more websites lately, and it probably wouldn't hurt to get acquainted with someone who knows jquery and javascript anyway, so this may turn into more than just a one-time question.
