We are a UK-based cyber security company looking for an experienced Atlassian specialist to review and advise on our current setup.
We are actively using the Atlassian stack as follows:
JIRA Service Management – for events and incidents
Confluence – for onboarding and service documentation (separate workspace per client)
JIRA Software – for managing the development pipeline (use cases and detection rules)
We would like:
An expert opinion on whether our current configuration is fit for purpose and scalable.
Practical guidance on how to provide our clients with appropriate access to the JIRA Software development pipeline.
Recommendations or adjustments to improve efficiency and assurance in our setup.
We’re open to working on an hourly basis.
Please include your experience with JIRA/Confluence in a SOC or similar service environment, and your hourly rate.
