What we have:
1. Scroll down the page, and you will see that the Navigation Links (Indian Burgers, Loaded Naan, Tikka Fries etc) are highlighted as you scroll down the page.
2. You can scroll horizontally the same Navigation Links, and click the links to be taken to the position on page.
What is needed:
1. When you scroll down the page, we need the Navigation Links area to scroll left or right, showing the correct link depending on where the user is scrolling vertically.
2. A good example can be seen here if you view this video taken from the UberEats app: https://www.dropbox.com/s/shadq0rmqroihub/Record_2022-10-19-13-22-16.mp4?dl=0
We are using WordPress, our own Custom theme, Beaver Builder, and this plugin to manage the scrolling links: https://manos.malihu.gr/page-scroll-to-id/
Please let me know the cost to do the above, I'm assumming it will need to be done with Javacript/jQuery.

I tried to open https://thechillipickle.orderswift.com/brighton on mobile but the navigation was not scrolling with page scroll. Do you want to show some other example or if this is the only requirement to scroll the navigation then I can fix this for you. -

I just tried to open https://thechillipickle.orderswift.com/brighton on mobile and found that its menu is still not scrolling while we scroll the page. Do you have any other example which you want to show. Otherwise yes I can make it scroll as the page scrolls
