Experience Level: Expert
App is running on codeigniter. 85% of the times, data is recorded multiple times on the database. I need someone to correct the issue and also help to remove duplicates from the MySQL database after making sure that duplicates transactions are no longer occurring.

    Hi George,
    It seems issue is not at MYSQL end. It should be in code which is inserting the data into DB. Did you check your codeignitor code ?
