Integrate an API from insurance platform on personal website

i need smb skilled in integrating an API provided by an insurance broker on a personal website.
because the website and all documentation for integration (provided by insurance broker) is in Romanian language, probably it would be best to get help from a Romanian speaker.
this integration is needed just for one page, dealing with mandatory insurance for cars (RCA).
more details and documentation will be provided to the person able to help.
i would appreciate also to let me know in advance the cost for the service.
