I need to develop a website that enable people to perform usability testing

The website actually will work as a portal which contain some of a static pages and some pages with some simple dynamic forms. One of the pages should contains the core function which is the usability testing. Page should direct the user to a sequence of pages which user navigate through based on his/her action input in the former page and so on. Some functionality required as recording the time and tracking the links of tasks pages (4 tasks in this usability testing).
