I need to RE-BUILD a web application.

This is a contractor evaluation system.
This application is very highly technical in calculation. So, you have to be very analytical.

I DO NOT KNOW THE ALGORITHM
YOU HAVE TO FIGURE OUT by reverse engineering the existing app that I will give you.

I will give you the app bundle for you to study, then I will tell you what I want to change.
