I need some customizations in Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Description of requirements/functionality: I need two customisations creating for my microsoft dynamics CRM application:

1. To calculate the time since a company was last contacted (on the company record)
2. To calculate the remaining time available (a countdown from 30 days) on a custom entity after we enter the date we received work from a customer
