I need scripts written to extract data from .txt files and put data into excel

I have a number of log files from testing. These are all ascii .txt files although there are several formats used. I need to extract the imortant data from these files and put it into a master excel spreadsheet. Ideally I would like several script files that I could run to update my master excel file. I have included two samples. The first is a sample log file. The second is the data from the log file in the format that I require. Please note, some of the data from the .txt file is in the file name.
