I need help with wordpress woocomerce Booking plug in

My site plumber site we provide plumbing services as product. People can book appointments for one or more service pays them at checkout.
Once order received admin can select an engineer for the job on
Engineer can log in to the site / calendar view their appointments reschedule it if they want to. Once job is complete update the appointment status.
This all done using WooCommerce Appointments :
What I would like is when admin allocated an engineer for the job. Updated the appointment, that engineer should receive email notification of their appointment.
Please see attached needed admin appointment edit interface
2nd thing is bring engineer my appointment page to front end with simpler interface. In-order to secure the wordpress backend. Where they would able reschedule or update appointment status i.e complete.

Notify admin and customer reschedule appointment date and time where applicable

Email template should be easily editable to meet our need.

Please note Engineer should only be able update the appointment date/time note or status. Should not be able add new appointment or edit anything else.
