    Hi Chandan,

    You've mentioned you would prefer PHP but would you consider other languages? PHP is good for developing web applications in, but isn't good for dealing with outbound requests since it has quite a primitive concurrency model.

    I would suggest Javascript (Node), it scales well and you can use it in the backend and the client which can be helpful. If you don't like Javascript though, Python is also a good multi-purpose language. Both have huge communities that are at least on par with PHP, although arguably have better/more mature tools for these types of projects since the languages were designed to be more multipurpose than just serving incoming requests.There are lots of other languages that are also equally as good, but those two are just my preference.

    Hello,

    Deadline is one month and budget around $1000. I would prefer within PHP framework.
