General information for the business: Create a simple profiled form for submission to post office.
Kind of development: New program from scratch
Description of every module: I need to take the data in attached sample 1 and end up with printable pages like sample 3.
Currently I hand enter the data in a spreadsheet like sample 2, then merge the data into the form.
The forms have to break down quantities in groups of 100. I think the spreadsheet shows what I need.
I don't necessarly need an app, maybe a high tech excel spreadsheet that auto generates the data in sample 2 from entered data in sample 1, then I could continue just merging.
