I need a wordpress plugin customised

I have a lottery plugin that I would like customised. Below are the following customisations I need.

This is a plugin that I purchased

1, change layout so it is able to be centre of screen ( at moment when I do this the lottery numbers are central. But the quantity button and ad to cart button end up far left of the screen )

2, ability to add a countdown timer for sale prices. Tried about her plugin but doesn’t seem to work.

3, change text on cart button to Add to Cart

4, option to add a percentage bar for the quantity sold.
