I need a very expert (single or team) developer to work on an existing website

Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Num. of web pages/modules: 7 steps plus 5/6 errors to fix
Description of requirements/features: Important: before to send proposal, please read carefully all the documents in attachment.
I want to be sure that the developer/team have understood exactly the work to do.
In the past I've lost many time with developers for their superficiality and not professional skills.
The task is reserved only to very expert developers on: php codeigniter, javascript, bootstrap and Mysql db.
The task is complicated and the time is not much. I need only developer or team that work full time on the task.
The deadline is 15/20 days max.
