I need a program which when I receive a new email, will scan for a word after a colon, copy this word and paste and enter on another specific portion of my screen instantly. (the coordinates of the screen portion will stay constant)

What if the word 'fail' comes after a colon? Should this be copied too?
I would worry more about concentrating on your end goal and leave the method of getting your goal to the developers. Your proposed method simply wont work. -
Are you asking to read the newly received email and read the word which are coming after colon and add it to another screen at the same time ?
