I am seeking a skilled engineer to design and build a working prototype of a device capable of filming and recording a football game in 4K (Ultra HD). This is a multi-purpose device intended for both outdoor and indoor use.
Device specifications:
- Dual Cameras: The device must be equipped with two cameras, each facing one side of the pitch.
- Simultaneous Recording: Both cameras need to record concurrently during gameplay.
- Internal USB Storage: The device should record onto an internally stored USB device.
- Battery Life: The device must be powered by a battery with a minimum life of 2 hours.
Control Interface: The device should be operated via physical buttons.
This project is an opportunity for a long-term collaboration for the right candidate. Experience in hardware design and video recording technology is essential. Please provide examples of previous related work in your proposal. Thank you.
After we have design and built a proof of concept, we will be looking to work with you for the full design

How much of a prototype can this be? For example, would a SBC with two camera modules, an SD card and an Anker power pack suffice? -
How will this differ/be better than existing products? My son's team, and even his school, already use ball-tracking video to record matches.
