Gsuite to Office 365 Migration

Please attached scope of work for a GSuite to Office 365 Migration project.

Collaboration Tools Project – Scope of Services.
We are seeking an experienced and qualified service who can support us with our migration from
the GSuite/Zoom/Slack Eco System over to the Microsoft Eco System.
Areas of expertise required:
- Detailed technical understanding of working with (including migrating) the below
technologies:
o G Suite (Emails/ Calender)
o Azure AD
o Exchange Online
o Mimecast
o AWS Route 53
Current & Future Architecture:
- Emails: G Suite (two tenancies, one with and one without mimecast) migrated to Azure AD
(fully cloud) & Exchange Online (into one tenancy) ultimately routing via Mimecast.
Time Frame:
- Migrate Emails by X in stages (TBC)
- Migrate Files, Folders & IM by X in stages (TBC)
