I am looking for a freelancer to build a practical contact-finding workflow that uses search plus an LLM to identify relevant people at companies.
What the solution needs to do:
The solution should take as input a spreadsheet containing company names and target job titles. The source file may be in Excel or Google Sheets. The number of records may range from tens to thousands.
For each row, the workflow should search Google using Company Name + Job Title, ideally via SERP API. The search results should then be passed to an LLM API such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or equivalent, which will determine the most relevant person and extract the required fields.
The required output is:
Full Name | Company | Job Title | Company URL | LinkedIn URL (if available, but not essential)
The solution should write the output back into the spreadsheet and should be designed so that I can submit new datasets easily in future, either by uploading a new file or by sharing a Google Sheets link.
Please include in your proposal:
*Your suggested architecture and workflow
*Which tools/APIs you would use
*Whether Excel or Google Sheets is better for this use case
*How you would make the process scalable for larger files
*A realistic estimate of API/search costs
*Expected accuracy and limitations
*Whether LinkedIn URLs can be extracted reliably
And of course, confirmation that you can deliver a fully working solution
