Google Maps multi tree level.

I need something maybe google maps with our own front end, to allow me to plot locations on a map.

the idea is that we have a tree effect, so the end coordinatoes fall into multiple layers.

i.e

layer 1 - Wolverhampton, Birmingham etc, (cities or town
layer 2, penn, tettenhall etc, (these are areas within the city.
layer 3, doubles singles - this is from our data and tells us what client run they on, in layer 2
layer 4, time mornings earlier, this allows us to know layer 3 split further into what times the visits are

so all 4 layers are tree like and drill down, so i can seelct layer 1, get layer 2 options, then layer 3 and 4 so on and backwards.
