Frontend designer/developer- HTML/Bootstrap/Tailwind

Need a front end designer who can use HTML (Bootstrap or Tailwind) to edit my existing template, which is a free template similar to Admin Lte3, according to our specs. Basically I have a great template in terms of functionality but it looks really bad to the user. I need to improve the "look and feel" of the template so it is more user friendly- and looks more impressive to the eye. See screenshot attached for what it looks like now. One is template as it is now- one is a template of another site that uses a similar free template where the look and feel has already been improved. I need someone to do that same design improvement on my template. I imagine I will pay per hour and I am thinking it should take four or five hours- perhaps split between two sessions. Obviously, time required is up for discussion. I will also need time to source images/logos etc. that I will need to send you to help make it look good.
