Hello,
We need you to fix a scrolling problem in our web application based on jQuery Mobile.
Our site has a header that is static on devices with a larger display, but not on smartphones. When scrolling events are executed, the space of the header must be taken into account on these devices. We have defined the property "scroll-padding-top" in our CSS which works perfectly on desktops and Android. However, this doesn't work on macOS and the iPad. Since "scroll-padding-top" is also supported on these platforms, we suspect a conflict with jQuery Mobile.
Scrolling must work in conjunction with the JS plugin Shepherd (shepherdjs.dev). Either the website can be modified so that scrolling generally works on ALL devices with a larger display or the corresponding offset can be taken into account for scrolling actions only in Shepherd.
Here's a little video of the project: https://www.natur.com/download/vetpraxis/scrolling.zip
1.mp4 shows the correct behavior, 2.mp4 illustrates the current situation.
