Finish development of MEV bot

Finish developing Mev bot from my repository. The end result is a working Mev bot that automatically bundles and swaps based of findings from the mempool. I will own all rights to this code and it will not be published or used on any other platform or repository

Items to develop but not limited are
1. Complete slippage calculation
2. Extremely gas efficient smart contract with atomic capability.
3. Script to monitor and bundle transactions
4. Back end systems
5. UI for windows.
