Find the bugs in the form from the link provided

i need smb to find the bugs in the form created by smb else and be able to go to the next steps in the form. the previous developer was not able to complete the job though he spent about one month just to find the issues of the form.
the form is in Romanian language and it is part of an API implementation (done via a plug-in for wordpress) to be able to get insurance quotes from different insurance companies.

when i use real data to fill in the form, it does not go to the next step and there is no error message to see where is the problem.
