Excel spreadsheet clean-up and macros/VBA for future

I have performed webscraping for several different webstores. The results are not organised in a way that I can analyze. When a product is downloaded, details from the same product are loaded into separate lines below the original product listing. In order to compare products, all information from the product need to be on a single row. Depending on the amount of information on the product sheet on Ebay, there are a variable number of additional rows below the main product listing row. I need a VBA programme to be developed which can move the relevant information into a single row per product. I would like to use the VBA programme on future webscrapings. I will have at least 10 spreadsheets with up to 20K rows to be condensed.
