Excel Sheet modification

Currently I have an Excel sheet that has to be modified. I have included an image as well as video to show how it operates. I'm looking to hire an Excel Expert that can do the following.

The game is Baccarat, which is a binary game played in the casino. I have a money management system that increases the edge of winning. Baccarat has a Tie Bet that pays 8 to 1 if won. I need to test this with data to see if hedging the tie will favor the participant.

This modification will add a mechanism to play the Tie independently.
There will be a bet progression option that will allow the tie to be wagered. This will have an option of betting the tie with each main bet of a progression or not at all. as an example:

If the switch is turned off no tie will be wagered. If the switch is turned on after the first loss of the main bet then the tie will be wagered. This option will have its own field for what unit is being wagered.

Example Main bet is $5 units, the tie bet will be $1 units. The cumulative bet will $6

If the Tie bet wins or main bet wins it will reset. The goal is to hedge the main bet & either win the main bet or Tie bet.

If this loses we continue to go up in progression until a win or we hit a stop loss.

There's several moving pieces in the excel sheet so will do a screen share to go over what they are.

In the new Excel Sheet we will add 2 new columns one for the Tie & one for The Tie & main bet cumulative.
