Excel Macro to automate some data processing, analytics and generate a report

General information for the business: We sell predictive analytics online
Kind of development: New program from scratch
Num. of modules: 4
Description of every module: There will be three input files provided with data input from the users.
Whilst the input files will be exactly the same format, not all of the columns will be populated
The length of the sheets (rows) will also vary for each submission

We need to be able to do four things with the provided data;
1. Generate some pivot reports based on the available columns
2. Calculate some statistics based on the provided data (all of this will be provided on a template, you just need to automate the formulae through passing values read from the input file into specific cells within my template)
3. Generate a PDF report with a company logo at the type and export the PDF
4. There is also a requirement for some basic error handling, so to produce a CSV file containing different error messages (single line) based on the availability or formatting of individual data.
Description of requirements/functionality: We will require a full NDA singing. After this the templates will be produced together with the notes etc.
I will need someone that can produce the MACRO code so it can be edited and run as required.
