Description of every page/module: Hi,

i need a script (clear and with comments), a user should be able to upload excel and /or csv from a regular webpage and the script should update a new table table on a MySQL database on a remote server.

Also to enable downloading the table data that have been uploaded.

Description of requirements/features: JS and php to be used, JQuery, AJAX ... etc can be used. simplicity and clearly commented script is required

The way it works, need to see table.

The excel file need to be formatted as per phpmyadmin database table.

this is correct, you can assume the format for for the sake of completing the script, modification can come later based on application after you submit the code (after we agree :) for sure).
