Enhanced tracking setup for my shopify store

currently, there's not much data beyond what I can already find myself through our Shopify analytics. Now, we'd like to be able to pull more detailed reports such as clicks on a banner and user journeys and reports on individual products. Would you be willing to set up Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager on our site for us? Additional set-up events all over our whole site so we can better track clicks on links and more.

Please let me know a rough cost for the project.
