Ebook impress and cover revision

We have a set of 300 e-books in EPUB format and would like to run a new edition of these, where three changes should be applied:
1- A logo (the same logo for all books) must be applied to the cover page JPG. This should be delivered both implemented within the EPUB and as a separate JP file.
2- The existing impress page in EPUB should be modified by adding one additional paragraph (for all EPUB files the same text) and a new ISBN.
3- All files must be named correctly by the convention: [ISBN]_interior.epub and [ISBN]_cover.jpg

What you will receive from us:
1- All original EPUB files for download
2- All original JPG cover files for download
3- An Excel sheet with three columns: OLD ISBN / NEW ISBN / TITLE

What we get from you:
1- Revised EPUB and JPG files and made available for download
2- EPUB files must all pass the latest EPUB check standards (we use https://www.pagina.gmbh/produkte/epub-checker/) with no exception.
3- The Highest quality standard is expected
