Django App Customization + User Portal and Stripe integration

Currently have an app deployed on Amazon E2. It's a made in Django and need someone well versed who's able to build a backend user portal.

This app was made just for one use case but I want to switch it to be a Saas product. Which means we need to build a user portal where when someone registers it will create them a login and password but also a custom space on the server for them to build their custom three page site.

They must also be able to pay for a certain number of properties. So if they buy one they can only create one three page site.

Current Admin:
The current admin area needs to be expanded to shows users and their subscriptions, as well as allow password resets, and view the users emails.
