Dev of a web scoreboard/leaderboard for multiple game types

I am looking for a PHP expert who has design capabilities to design a working leaderboard, with row animations and sorting, for my project.

The leaderboard must draw information that is supplied on a Wordpress CMS. I currently have a table based scoreboard but it is basic and not animated.

There will be columns of details that are available in the CMS and need to be displayed in the leaderboard.

Please see the attached graphic as a rough example of the kind of thing I am looking for.
