Desktop application that generates number on mouse click

Looking to hire a software designer to programme a desktop application that generates numbers when a mouse buttons and Keyboard is clicked

The generated numbers will determine the score of a user and that score will be used to Rate the user.

The app is to enable admin to register users and manage the app activity

The admin to set time, score, age group, number of players and player details

The app will also control a webcam and have some sort of database

The app must be able to recollect past events for each user to playback their event.
