Design & Develop an AI Framework for our bespoke CRM (Open AI)

We are seeking a skilled AI architect/developer to design a modular AI system for our bespoke CRM. The candidate will develop AI capabilities to prioritize and score leads, forecast opportunity success, segment accounts, and identify personas. Responsibilities include automating and optimizing communications across multiple channels, recommending next-best actions for sales reps, and providing actionable dashboards with insights. The framework must include continuous learning, multi-tenant readiness, and seamless integration with CRM workflows. Experience with Python AI/ML frameworks, predictive and generative modeling, and scalable architecture is required. Strong design and solutioning skills are essential.
